Counselor and Aldermen of the city of Annapolis to issue
bonds to the amount of $121 000 to pay off the present
floating indebtedness of the city of Annapolis, and pro-
vide a fund for the permanent improvement of said
city."

nays."

missioners of Garrett county a sum of money out of the
State school tax."

1st, 1877."
