the House of Delegates:
House bill entitled "An Act to change the name of the
C. L. Mering Company of Baltimore city to the Patapsco
Poultry and Produce Company."
Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."
Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Corporations.
Also,
House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 41 and
sections thereafter, to section 83, but exclusive of section
83, of Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
‘Dorchester County,' sub-title ‘Cambridge,' and all other
sections thereunder, except such sections as are herein
specifically excepted, and in the place and stead of the
repealed sections to substitute certain other sections."
Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas and
nays."
Which was read the first time and referred to Sen-
ators Applegarth, Moore and Messick.

Also,
House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 7 of Ar-
ticle 39, of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland,
