Said bill was then returned to the House of Delegates- House bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments paragraph 3, of section 61, of chapter 136, of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at the Session of 1896, entitled ‘An Act to repeal from section 60 to section 77, both inclusive, of Article 23 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title ‘Wicom- ico County,' sub-title ‘Liquors and Intoxicating Drinks,' and to repeal sections 61, 69 and 74 of said Article as amended by chapter 667, of the General Assembly of Maryland, 1892." Being on its third reading, On motion of Mr. Putzel, Said bill was referred to the Committee on Finance. House bill entitled "An Act to authorize the County School Commissioners of Dorchester county to establish a high school in the town of Hurlock, in said county, and to provide for an annual appropriation to be made by the State of a sum of money to aid in the support and maintenance thereof." Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs.
