House bill, entitled "An Act to incorporate the town of
Secretary in Dorchester county."
Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."

Applegarth, Brewington and Messick.
Also,

House bill entitled "An Act to change the name and
amend the charter of the Smith, Rouse & Webster Com-
pany."
Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas and
nays."
Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Corporations.

OFFICE OF THE SECRETARY OF THE SENATE,

March 23rd, 1900
The following Act of the General Assembly of Mary-
land, originating in the Senate, were presented to the
Governor for his approval this day at 9.30 o'clock, A. M.:
"An Act to repeal sections 7 and 12, of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland of 1896, chapter 309, en-
titled an Act to incorporate the International Trust Com-
pany of, Maryland, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments."
"An Act to add additional sections to Article 41 of the
Code of Public General Laws, title ‘Governor,' to he
known as ‘Sections 25 and 26,' and to follow section 24."
"An Act to add a new section to the charter of Takoma
Park in Prince George's and Montgomery counties, as
said charter was enacted by chapter 481 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland at its session of 1890,
and amended by chapter 538 of the Acts of the Assembly
of 1894, and further amended by chaptdr 310 of the Acts
of the Assembly of 1896."
"An Act to authorize and empower the Commissioners
of St. Michaels to borrow money on the credit of said
