Commissioners of Baltimore county from spending or
appropriating any greater sum of mdney than they shall
have levied upon the taxable basis of said county for the
current expenses of said county for the ensuing year for
which said levy is made.

Which was read the first time and referred to Sena-
tors Hubner, Williams, of Anne Arundel, and Williams,
