Queen Annes Railroad Company of Maryland and Dela-

Senate bill entitled "An Act to authorize the Mayor
and City Council of Baltimore to issue the stock of said
corporation to an amount not exceeding $1,350,000, for

authorize the submission of an ordinance for that pur-
pose to the legal voters of said city."
