Dairy and Food Commissioners, define his duties and to
provide for the prosecution of same, to follow section 50,
Article 48, Public General Laws, and to be designated as
‘Sections 51, 52, 53, 54, 55, 56, 57 and 58."

reported favorably,
House bill entitled "An Act to enable the Enoch Pratt
Free Library of Baltimore city to receive gifts, bequests,
