House bill entitled "An Act to provide for fixillg license
and penalties f or hucksters, hawkers, peddlers, dealers,
brokers or middlemen of unbaled hay, unbaled straw and
ear corn by the wagon load in Baltimore city."

Which was read the second time.
Also, unfavorably,
Senate bill No. 248k, entitled "An Act to appropriate
a sum of money to assist the University of Maryland, the
College of Physicians and Surgeons, and the Baltimore
Medical College."
Mr Williams, of Anne Arundel,
Moved that the bill he substituted for the unfavorable
report.
