mittee on Finance.

Also,

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal an Act of the
General Assembly of Maryland, passed at December ses-
sion, 1843, chapter 47, entitled an Act to incorporate the
town of New Windsor, in Carroll county, also to repeal
an Act of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at
the January session, 1867, chapter 420, entitled an Act to
revive and amend the Act of incorporation of the town
of New Windsor, in Carroll county, passed at December
session, 1843, chapter 47, and to repeal the 14th section
thereof, and re-enact the same with the following new
and additional sections, and to re-enact the following in
lieu thereof."

Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."

Which was read the first time and referred to the
Committee on Corporations.

Also,

House bill entitled "An Act to amend krticle 2, of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, entitled ‘Alle-.
gany county, sub-title, 'Dogs,' and to add additional sec-
tions thereto, to he known as ‘Sections 100 A, 100 B, 100
C, 100 D, 100 E, 100 F, 100 G, 100 H and 100 I."

Endorsed : "Read the third time, and passed by yeas
and nays."

Which was read the first time and referred to Senators
Dick, Ravenscroft and Betts.

Also,

House bill entitled "An Act to refund to Achilles Ford,
brother of William G. Ford, late of Baltimore city, de-
ceased, a sum of money erroneously paid as collateral in-
heritance tax by him to Stephen R. Mason, Register of
Wills of Baltimore city, on the estate of said William G.
Ford, deceased, and which sum of money covered into the
State Treasury, by said Register of Wills, less 25 per
centum commission retained by him."

Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
