enlarge the powers and amend the charter of the Eureka
Mutual Aid Society of Baltimore city, a corporation duly
incorporated under the General Laws of this State."

House bill entitled "An Act to change the name of the
Mortgage and Trust Company, incorporated by chapter
263, of the Acts of 1898, entitled ‘An Act to incorporate
the Mortgage and Trust Company to that of the Stan-
dard Trust Company,' and to repeal and re-enact with
amendments section 13, of said chapter, subjecting said
company to certain provisions and authorizing it to unite
with other like companies.'"
