816 JOURNAL OF PROCEEDINGS [Mar. 20 Senate bill No. 231, entitled "An Act to authorize the change of name of the Washington and Rockville Rail- way Company of Montgomery county, a corporation formed under the provisions of Article 23 of the Code of Public General Laws of this State, and to authorize the consolidation of said company with certain other corpo- rations incorporated for the same or similar purposes, and to grant additional powers to the baid railway com- pany." Being on its third reading Mr. Putzel moved that said bill be recommitted to Select Committee. Which motion was rejected by yeas and nays as fol- lows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs.
