Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 296, of
Article 23, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
‘Corporations' sub-title ‘Process,' as amended by the Act
of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1892, chapter
601, and re-enact the same with amendments."
Which was read the second time, and ordered engrossed
for a third reading.
