Which was read the first time and referred to the Com- mitiee on Sanitary Condition of the State. The Secretary of State appeared and delivered a mes- sage from the Executive. Mr. Wilkinson submitted the following REPORT: The Joint Conference Report on the disagreeing votes of the two Houses, on Senate Bill No. 146. beg leave to report that they recommend that the House recede from its amendment, and that the amendments attached to the bill and numbered 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7, be adopted, and the bill passed as amended.
