On motion of Mr. Williams, of Harford,
The Senate reconsidered its action in adopting said
unfavorable report,
Said bill was then recommitted to the Committee on
Judicial Proceedings.

SECOND ORDER OF THE DAY
The hour of 1 P. M., having arrived,
The Senate considered the Second Order of the Day,
being
Senate bill No 161, entitled "An Act to amend section
4, of Article 3, of the Constitution of the State with pro-
posed amendments."
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

In line 17, of the engrossed bill, strike out the figure
"3."
Also,
In line 18, of the engrossed bill, substitute for the
figure "9” the figure "5."
Also,
In line 20, of the engrossed bill, strike out the figure
"3.'
Which proposed amendments were severally adopted,
and
The bill was read the second time.
Pending further consideration of which.
Mr. Moore moved that said bill he made the Special
Order of the Day for Wednesday, March 21st, at 1 P. M.
