to Article 21 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
‘Talbot County,' sub-title ‘Justices of the Peace and Con-
stables,' to be designated as ‘Sections 117 A, 117 B, 1 7
C, 117 D, 117 E, 117 F, 117 G, 116 H, 117 I.'"
Being on its third reading
On motion of Mr. Dodson,
Said bill was recommitted to Select Committee.
Senate bill No. 199 being on its third reading
Mr. Moses moved that said bill entitled "An Act to in-
corporate the Maryland Automobile and Manufacturing
Company” be recommitted in order that he might offer cer-
tain amendments to the said bill for the purpose of re-
stricting tine powers of the company.
Which motion prevailed.
