Senate bill entitled "An Act to preserve the streets and protect the property rights of citizens of incorpo- rated towns in Montgomery county." Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs. President, Marsh, Applegarth, Messick, Baker, Moses, Beasman, Peter, Bouic, Putzel, Crothers, Rohrback, Dick, Williams, of Har., Dodson, Williams, of A. A., —16. NEGATIVE—None. Said bill was then sent to the House of Delegates. House bill entitled "An Act to add additional sections to Article 21 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Talbot County,' sub-title ‘Justices of the Peace and Con- stables,' to be designated as ‘Sections 117 A, 117 B, 1 7 C, 117 D, 117 E, 117 F, 117 G, 116 H, 117 I.'" Being on its third reading On motion of Mr. Dodson, Said bill was recommitted to Select Committee. Senate bill No. 199 being on its third reading Mr. Moses moved that said bill entitled "An Act to in- corporate the Maryland Automobile and Manufacturing Company” be recommitted in order that he might offer cer- tain amendments to the said bill for the purpose of re- stricting tine powers of the company. Which motion prevailed. At 2.10 P. M. On motion of Mr. Williams, of Harford, The Senate adjourned until Monday. March 19th, at 8 P.M. |
