thereto as amended and enacted. by chapter 412, of the
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, of 1890, en-
titled ‘An Act to add additional sections to Article 22, of
the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Wicomico County,'
sub-title ‘Delmar,' to follow section 38, and to be desig—
nated as ‘A' and ‘B,' and chapter 449, of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, of 1894, entitled ‘An Act
to repeal and re-enact with amendments, sections 33, and.
34, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Wicomico
County,' sub-title ‘Delmar,' and chapter 181, of the Acts
