Article 9 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Charles
County,' under the new sub-title ‘Dogs,' to follow section
8, and to be designated as ‘Section 58 A.'"

titled an Act to repeal sections 142, 143, 145, 150, 152,
155, 156, 157, 158, 159, 183, 186, 187 and 192, of Article
13, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Harford
County,' sub-title ‘Havre-de-Grace,' and to re-enact the
same with amendments, and to follow sections 175 and
176, of said sub-title, and to add new sections to such
sub-title, to be numbered ‘150 A, 150 B, 150 C, 150 D,
152 A, 155 A, 15.5 B, 156 A, 157 A, 157 B, 157 C, 158 A,
158 B and 159 A.' and to authorize and empower the
Mayor and City Council of Havre-de-Grace to issue bonds
to the amount of $20,000 to raise money to extinguish
the floating debt of said city, and for other purposes, as
set forth in said amendments."
