Also, House bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 188 to 217, inclusive, of Article 3 of the Code of' Public Local Laws, title ‘Baltimore County,' sub-title ‘Roads,' as amended by chapter 49 and chapter 469 of the Acts of 1896, and chapter 309 of the Acts of 1898, and to re-enact the same with amendments, and to add 3 new sections thereto to be designated ‘Sections 217 A, 217 B, 217 C.'" |
