Senate bill entitled "An Act to sanction the bequest to
St. Paul's Evangelical English Lutheran Church of Balti-
more city, contained in the last will and testament of
Mary Emma Spilcker, late of Baltimore city."

Which was read the second time, and ordered engros-
sed for a third reading.

Mr. Bouic, from Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported favorably,

Senate bill entitled "An Act to give and grant the
sanction and consent of the General Assembly of Mary-
land to the bequest made by the will of Bartholomew
Fitzsimmons to the Woodstock College, of Baltimore
county."

Which was read the second time, and ordered engross-
ed for a third reading.

Mr. Bouic, from Com nittee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported favorably,

Senate bill entitled "An Act to add a new section to
Article 52, of the Code of Public General Laws, title
"Justice of the Peace," sub-title "Process and Practice,"
to be designated as "Section 29 A”, and to follow section
