Commissioners of the various counties of the State, or the
Appeal Tax Court of Baltimore city, as the case may be,
and the corporation shall he notified of such appeal and

On motion of Mr. Crothers,
Said' bill, with proposed amendments, was made the
Special Order of the Day for Tuesday, March 20th, at

Mr. Moore, from Committee on Corporations, reported
unfavorably,
House bill entitled "An Act to authorize the Board of
County School Commissioners of Harford county to es-
tablish an academic department in the Jarrettsville pub-
lic school in Harford county."
Which report was adopted.
Also favorably, with proposed amendment,
House bill entitled "An Act to incorporate the Bel Air
and Havre-de-Grace Railway and Power Company."
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
In section 10, after the word ‘within'' at the end of
the second line, insert the words "the county of Harford
in."

FURTHER AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
By Mr. Putzel,
Amend by inserting after the word "town” on line 2
of section 8, of printed bill, the words "in Harford.
county."
