Mr. Bryan, from Committee on Game and Fish, re- ported favorably, Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact, with amendments, section 155, of Article 2, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Anne Arundel County,' sub- title 'Fish, Crabs and Terrapins,' as said section was re enacted by chapter 428 of the Acts of 1894." Which was read the second time and ordered to be en- grossed for a third reading. Also, favorably, Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments sections 55 and 57, of Article 16, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Montgomery Coun- ty,' sub-title ‘Birds and Game.' " Which was read the second time and ordered to be en- grossed for a third reading. Mr. Bryan, from Committee on Library, reported fa- orably, Senate Joint Resolution authorizing the State Librarian to furnish the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Montgomery county with certain books. Which was read the second time and ordered to be en- grossed for a third reading. Mr. Bryan, from Committee on Militia, reported un- favorably, Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments section 47, of Article 65, of the Code of Pub- lic General Laws, title ‘Militia,' as re-enacted by chapter 89 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1896." Which report was adopted. |
