Senate bill entitled "An Act- to refund to Charles J.
Maddox, county surveyor of Montgomery county, a sum
of money erroneously paid by him into the State Treas-
ury as taxes on his official commission."
Which was read the second time and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.
Mr. Bryan, from Committee on Game and Fish, re-
ported favorably,
Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact,
with amendments, section 155, of Article 2, of the Code
of Public Local Laws, title ‘Anne Arundel County,' sub-
title 'Fish, Crabs and Terrapins,' as said section was re
enacted by chapter 428 of the Acts of 1894."
Which was read the second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.

with amendments sections 55 and 57, of Article 16, of

89 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1896."
