1900.] OF THE SENATE 675 Senate bill No. 205, entitled "An Act to incorporate the United Deposit and Fidelity Company of Maryland." AMENDMENT PROPOSED. By Mr. Putzel, Amend by adding at the end of section 15 the follow- ing: "And said corporation shall be subject to all general laws applicable to similar corporations." Which proposed amendment was rejected. FURTHER AMENDMENT PROPOSED. By Mr. Brewington, At the end of section 15, add the following: "Provided, that said corporation shall be subject at all times to the Acts of 1892, chapters 109 and 279, or amendments or supplements thereto." Which proposed amendment was adopted, and The bill was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. Also, favorably, Senate bill No. 204, entitled "An Act to incorporate the Eastern Shore Trust Company." AMENDMENT PROPOSED. By Mr. Putzel, Amend by adding at the end of section 18, the follow- ing: "And said corporation shall be subject to all general laws applicable to similar corporations." Mr. Moore offered the following amendment as a sub- stitute for proposed amendment: At the end of section 18 add the following: "Provid- ed that said corporation shall be subject at all times to the provisions of the Actsof 1892, chapters 109 and 279, or amendments or supplements thereto."
