Also, House bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 167 to 197, inclusive, of Article 7, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title ‘Carroll County,' sub-title ‘Union Bridge,' and several Act-s and parts of Acts amendatory ‘thereof, and to re-enact said Article 7, sections 167, to 197, inclusive, title ‘Carroll County,' sub-title ‘Union Bridge,' with amendments, and insert additional sections relating to the charter of Union Bridge." Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas and nays." Which was read the first time and referred to Senators Beasman, Rohrbach and Ravenscroft. Also, House bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments section 31, of Article 43, of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title "Health, sub- title ‘Infectious Disease, Smallpox,' and to provide for the free vaccination of pupils in the public schools of the State." Endorsed; "Read the third time and passed by yeas and nays." Which was read the first time and referred to the Com- mittee on Sanitary condition of the State. Also, House bill entitled "An Act to regulate the compensa- tion of the County Commissioners of Allegany county and to repeal all laws inconsistent therewith as follows: Endorsed: "Read the third time, and passed by yeas and nays." Which was read the first time and referred to Senators Dick, Ravenscroft and Betts. Also, House bill entitled "An Act to add 4 new sections to Article 11, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Fred- erick County,' under the new sub-title ‘Mount Pleasant,' to follow sections 373 of said Article, and to be known as ‘Sect-ions 373 A, 373 B, 373 C and 373 D,' being an Act to prohibit the running at large and pasturing live stock |
