House bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 137 to 142, both inclusive, of Article 3, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title ‘Baltimore County,' sub- title ‘Justices of the Peace and Constables,' and to re- enact said sections with amendments, and to add new sections to said Article, to be designated as ‘Sections, 142 A, 142 B, 142 C amid 142 D,' and to repeal chapter 597, of Acts of 1890, entitled ‘An Act to confer additional juris- diction upon Justices of the Peace of Baltimore county, and to repeal chapter 496, of the Acts of 1892, entitled ‘An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments section 3, of chapter 597, passed at January Session 1898, en- titled ‘An Act to confer additional jurisdiction upon Jus- tices of the Peace of Baltimore county." Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays as follows. AFFIRMATIVE. Messrs.
