Senate bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 352 and
353, of Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
'City of Baltimore,' sub-title ‘Courts,' sub-division ‘Or-
phans' Court,' as repealed and re-enacted by chapter
123, of the Acts of 1898, and to re-enact the said sections
with amendments."
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
In section 253 of the bill after the word "receive," be-
fore the word "dollars," substitute the word "four” for
the word "five."
Which proposed amendment was adopted, and
The bill was read the second time and ordered to be
engrossed fo a third reading.
Also, favorably,
Senate bill entitled "An Act to add an additional sec-
tion to Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title ‘City of Baltimore,' sub-title ‘Miscellan-
eous Local Laws,' said section to follow immediately after
section 623, and to be designated ‘Section 623 A.'"
Which was read the second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.
Mr. Brewington, from Select Committee, reported fav-
orably,

amendments. sections 31 to 38, of Article 23, of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title ‘Wicomico Coun-
ty,' sub-title ‘Delmar,' and the amendments and additions
thereto as amended and enact-ed by chapter 412, of the
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, of 1890, en-
titled ‘An Act to add additional sections to Article 22, of
the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Wicomico County,'
sub-title ‘Delmar,' to follow section 38, and to be desig-.
nated as ‘A' and ‘B,' and chapter 449, of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, of 1894, entitled ‘An Act,
to repeal and re-enact with amendments, sections 33, and
34, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Wicomico
County,' sub-title ‘Delmar,' and chapter 181, of the Acts
of the General Assembly of Maryland, of 1896. entitled
'An Act to repeal sections 33 34, of Article 23, of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title ‘Wicomico
County,' sub-title ‘Delmar,' as amended by chapter 339,
