A bill entitled "An Act to amend the charter and ex-
tend the powers of the Frederick County Telephone and
Telegraph Company, a corporation formed under Article
23, of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, en-
titled ‘Corporations,' the said charter being recorded in
one of Records of Corporations of Frederick county in
Liber No. 2, falio 401, by adding two Articles to said
charter."

mittee on Corporations.


JOINT RESOLUTION.
By Mr. Bouic,
Joint Resolution, authorizing the State Librarian to
furnish the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for
Montgomery county with certain books,
Resolved, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the State Librarian be, and she is hereby, authorized, if
in her judgment, the condition of the library will justify
it, and the consent of the permanent Library Committee
given, to furnish the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
Court for Montgomery county with a set of the Code of
Public General Laws and Poe's supplement thereto."

mittee on Library.
