Senate bill entitled "An Act to amend Article 23, of
the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland, title
'Chancery,' sub-title ‘Pleading, Practice and Process,' by
adding a new section thereto, to be known as ‘Section
186 B.'"
Endorsed: "Amended, read the third time, and passed
by yeas and nays."
AMENDMENTS PPOPOSED.

1. After the word "Article” in line 4, strike out the
words "twenty-three," and insert the word "sixteen."

and Punishments,' sub-title ‘Disturbances of the Public
Peace,' and to re-enact the same with amendments."
Endorsed: "Unfavorably reported by Judiciary Com-
