House bill entitled "An Art to authorize the Liberty
and Pike Creek Turnpike Road Company, a body cor-
porate, to issue bonds to take tire place of certain bonds
now outstanding."

Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."

Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Corporations.

Also,
House bill entitled "An Act to pay Harvey Conway,
owner of the schooner M. M. Davis, tire sum of $800 in-
demnity to him for damage and loss of said schooner,
her cargo and provisions aboard the same by collision
with tire State Steamer, Soy. Robt. M. McLane."
