Senate bill No. 189, entitled "An Act to repeal and re-
enact with amendments, sections 2 and 3 of chapter 322,
of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of
1898, entitled ‘An Act to amend the charter and extend
the powers of the Frederick Electric Light and Power
Company of Frederick city, a corporation formed under
Article 23 of Code of Public General Laws of Maryland,
title ‘Corporations,' and recorded in one of the records of
corporations of Frederick county, Liber No. 2, folios 265
and 266."

Being on its third reading

Said bill was recommitted to the Committee on Corpo-
rations.

Senate bill No. 88, entitled "An Act to prohibit per-
sons or corporations from compelling their employees to
withdraw from membership in labor organizations."
