Also, favorably, Senate bill entitled "An Act to declare the sanction of the General Assembly of Maryland, to a certain gift and bequest to the ‘Redemptorist,' a body corporate." Which was read the second time and ordered to be en- grossed for a third reading. Also, favorably. Senate bill No. 186, entitled "An Act to repeal section 9, of Article 24, of the Code of Public General Laws, and to re- enact the same." Which was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. Also, favorably, House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 88, of Article 75, of the Code of Public General Laws, relating to ‘Pleading, Practice and Process,' as amended by chap- ter 635, of the Acts of 1890, and to re-enact said section as amended." Which was read the second time. Mr. Bouic, from Committee on Judicial Proceeding, re- ported favorably, with proposed amendments, House bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments Article 9, section 46, of the Code of Public General Laws, title ‘Attachments, Claimants of Prop- erty." AMENDMENTS PROPOSED. Amend by striking out the words "Article 9, section 46," in the title and inserting in lieu thereof "Section 46, of Article 9." |
