Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1890, en
titled "An Act to add additional sections to Article 22 of
the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Wicomico County,'
sub-title ‘Delmar,' to follow section 38, and to be desig-
nated as ‘A' and ‘B,' and chapter 449 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland of 1894, entitled ‘An Act
to repeal and re-enact with amendments, sections 33 and
34 of the Code of Public Local Laws, title ‘Wicomico
Counuy.' sub-title ‘Delmar,' and chapter 181 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland of 1896, entitled ‘An
Act to repeal sections 33 and 34, of Article 23, of the Code
of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title ‘Wicomico
County,' sub-title ‘Deimar,' as amended by chapter 339,
of the Acts of Assembly of 1894, and to re-enact the
same with amendments,"

Brewington, Dennis and Applegarth.

A bill entitled "An Act to declare the sanction of the
General Assembly of Maryland, to a certain gift and be-
quest to ‘The Redemptorists,' a body corporate."
Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceeding.

A bill entitled "An Act directing the Appeal Tax Court
of Baltimore city not to issue any permit for the erection
of new buildings in said city until all taxes due are paid
on the land upon which said buildings are to be erected."
Which was read the first time and referred to Senators
Bryan, Moses and Putzel.
Also,
A bill entitled "An Act to allow the Mayor and City
Council to appeal to the Comptroller of the State Treas-
ury and State Treasurer from decisions of the Tax Com-
missioners."
Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Finance.

A bill entitled "An Act to permit exemption from tax-
ation in Baltimore city of two huudred dollars of furni
