Marsh, Messick, Moore, Moses, Peter, Putzel, Ravenscroft, Rohrhack, Wilkinson, Williams, of Harford, Williams, of' Anne Arundel—25. The Journal of Tuesday was read and approved. PETITIONS, MEMORIALS AND OTHER PAPERS. Mr. Bryan presented a petition from J. T. Young and 160 others, asking for a General Local Option Law. A petition from S. Frank Bryan and 177 others, asking for the same. Which were severally read and referred to the Com- mittee on Temperance. INTRODUCTION OF BILLS. By Mr. Moses, A bill entitled "An Act to add an additional sectioa to Article 4, of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title ‘City of Baltjmore,' sub-title 'Miscellaneous Local Laws,' said section to follow immediately after section 623, and to be designated ‘Section 623 A.'" Which was read the first time and referred to Senators Bryan, Moses and Putzel.
