‘Talbot County,' sub-title ‘Justices of the Peace and Con-
stables,' to be designated as 'Sections 117 A, 117 B, 117
C, 117 D, 117 E, 117 F, 117 G, 117 H, 117 I.'
Endorsed: "Read the third time, and passed by yeas
and nays."
Which was read the first time and referred to Senators
Dodson, Messick and Betts.
Also, returned,
Senate bill entitled "An Act to add 3 additional sec-
tions to Article 96, of the Code of Public General Laws
of Maryland, entitled ‘United States' to follow section 18,
and to be known as ‘Sections 19, 20 and 21."

nays."

Senate bill entitled "An Act to amend section 1, of
chapter 369, of the Acts of the General Assembly of
Maryland of 1898, entitled an Act to incorporate the Old
Line Real Estate and Trust Company of Baltimord city,
and to repeal sections 2, 3, 4, 6, 11, 12 and 13, of said
chapter, and to re-enact the section of those sections
with amendments, and to add certain additional sections
to said chapter, granting additional powers and to be
known as ‘Sections 6 A, 6 B, 6 C, 10 A and 10 B."

Senate bill entitled "An Act to amend the 4cts of As-
sembly of 1874, chapter 453, and also the Acts of Assem-
