'Costs,' and to re-enact the same with amendments."

Mr. Bouic, from Committee on Judicial Proceed-
ings, reported favorably, with proposed amendment,

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with
amendments section 179, of Article 17. of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, entitled ‘Prince George's •
County,' sub-title ‘Jurors” as amended by the Acts of
1898, chapter 433."
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Amend by striking out all after the word "court," at
the beginning of the third line from the end of the bill.

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal section 4, of
Article 66, of the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land, title ‘Mortgages,' and to re-enact the same with
