Mr. Baker prsented a petition from S. W. Brown and various other citizens of Kent county, asking for the en- actment of a General Local Option law. Which was read and referred to the Committee on Temperance. Mr. Applegarth presented a petition from John M. Clayton and 75 others, to exclude ten ton scrape boats from dredging in the waters of Honga river, and Fish- ing Bay. Which was read and referred to the Committee on Chesapeake Bay and Tributaries. Mr. Ravenscroft presented a petition from 31 voters of Garrett county, asking for a general local option law. Also, A petition from 13 voters of Garrett county, asking for the same. Also, A petition from 31 voters of Garrett county, asking for the same. Which were severally read and referred to the Com- mittee on Temperance. ORDERS.
