House bill entitled "An Act to amend an Act to incor
porate the town of Arundel-on-Bay, in Anne Arundel
county, Maryland, approved. April 9th, 1898."

Was read the third time and passed by yeas and nays
as follows:

House bill entitled "An Act to transfer to the Cherry
Hill, Elkton and Chesapeake City Railway Company of
Cecil county the sum of $58,000, which by the Act of
General Assembly of Maryland of 1894, chapter 85, was
appropriated and transferred to the Ehkton and Middle-
town Railroad Company of Cecil county, and Elkton and
Southern Railroad Company in certain contingencies."
Was read the third time.

Pending further consideration of which,

Tuesday, March 6th, at 1 P. M.
