Simon Bass and Emma Bass, his wife; to the trustees of
Beth Hamedrash Hagodol Agadath Achim Hebrew Con-
gregation of Baltimore city, of the property described in
a deed from said grantors to said grantee, dated the 5th
day of July, 1899, and recorded among the Land Records
of Baltimore city, in Liber R. 0. W., 1796, folio 191, &c”
