ators Bryan, Moses and Putzel.

Also, returned,

Senate bill entitled "An Act to authorize and empower
the County Commissioners of Kent county, to change the
public landing at Buck Neck, in Kent county, and to sell,
exchange or lease, as they may deem proper, the landing
now owned by the county at said Buck Neck.

Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."

At 9.40 P. M.,

On motion of Mr. Bouic,

The Senate adjourned until Friday, March 2d, at 10.30
A. M.








FRIDAY, March, 2nd, 1900.

The Senate met at 10.30 A. M.

Prayer by the Rev. Father Kautz.

Present at the roll call the following Senators:

Bouic,Crothers, Dennis, Dodson, Marsh, Moore, Moses,
Peter, Putzel, Rohrback, Wilkinson, Williams, of Harford,
Williams, of Anne Arundel—18.

The Journal of Thursday, was read and approved.


ORDERS.

On motion of Mr. Wilkinson, it was

Ordered, that Senators Gray, Dick, Messick, Raven-
scroft, Brewington, Kirwan and Bryan be excused from
attending to-day's session of the Senate.
