FURTHER AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Amend by sinking out the word "and” in line 6, of
section 1, and inserting after the figures 163 on line 6, of
section 1, "and 164” after the figures 163.

Which proposed amendtnent was adopted.

FURTHER AMENDMENT PROPOSED.

Add at the end of the bill "provided, however, that
nothing in this Act shall apply to St. Mary's county."

Pending further consideration of which,

Mr. Moore moved that said bill as amended and with
amendment pending, be made the Special Order of the
Day for Wednesday, March 7th, at 1.30 P. M.

Mr. Putzel moved as an amendment to said motion,

That said bill, with amendments, be made the Special
Order of the day for Tuesday, March 6th, at 12.30 P. 31.

Mr. Moore then moved that further considered of said
bill be indefinitely postponed.
