FURTHER AMENDMENT PROPOSED. Add at the end of the bill "provided, however, that nothing in this Act shall apply to St. Mary's county." Pending further consideration of which, Mr. Moore moved that said bill as amended and with amendment pending, be made the Special Order of the Day for Wednesday, March 7th, at 1.30 P. M. Mr. Putzel moved as an amendment to said motion, That said bill, with amendments, be made the Special Order of the day for Tuesday, March 6th, at 12.30 P. 31. Mr. Moore then moved that further considered of said bill be indefinitely postponed. Which motion was rejected by yeas and nays as follows: AFFIRMATIVE Messrs. Beasman, Rohrback, Betts, Wilkinson—5.
