By Mr. Williams, of Anne Arundel, A bill entitled "An Act to add new sections to Article 2, of the Code of Public Local Laws' title ‘Anne Arundel County,' sub-title ‘County Commissioners,' to be desig- nated ‘Sections 126 B, 126 C and 126 D,' authorizing the county commissioners to have witnesses summoned to testify before them." Which was read the first time and referred to Senators Williams of Anne Arundel, Peter and Wilkinson. By Mr. Kirwan, A bill entitled "An Act torepeal sections 90, 91, 92, 93, 94, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 100 and 101, of Article 39, of the Code of Public General Laws, title ‘Fish and Fish- eries' sub-title ‘Chesapeake Bay' and to re-enact a por- tion thereof with amendments to read as follows :" Which was read the first time and referred to the Com- mittee on Chesapeake Bay and Tributaries.
