The hour having arrived, The Senate considered the Second Order of the Day, being Senate bill No. 51, entitled "An Act to provide for the payment to the Mayor and City Council of Baltimore of all money received for licenses by the Clerk of the Court of Common Pleas in the city of Baltimore." On motion of Mr. Bryan, The unfavorable report of the Committee on Finance, upon said bill, was adopted. BILLS—THIRD READING. Senate bill No. 65, entitled "An Act to repeal chapter 231 of the Laws of 1898, entitled an Act to confer on the Chesapeake Beach Railway Company the powers, rights, and franchises granted to the Washington and Chesa- peake Beach Railway Company," by chapter 245 of the Acts of 1894, entitled an Act to incorporate the town of Chesapeake Beach, in Calvert county, and to re-enact said chapter 245 of the Acts of 1894, with amendments."
