House bill entitled "An Act to transfer to the Cherry
Hill, Elkton and Chesapeake City Electric Railway Com-
pany of Cecil county, the sum of $58,000. which by the
Act of the General Assembly of Maryland, of 1854, chap-
ter 85, was appropriated and transferred to the Elkton
and Middletown Railroad Company of Cecil county, and
Elkton and Southern Railroad Company. in certain con-
tingencies."
Endorsed: "Read the third time and passed by yeas
and nays."

mittee on Finance.

House bill entitled "An Act to repeal the 144th section
of Article 7, of Code of Public Local Laws of the State of
Maryland, relating to the town of Taneytown, in Carroll
