By Mr. Crothers, A bill entitled "An Act, to appropriate a sum of money to meet the deficiency for the printing of the General Assembly of 1900." Which was read the first time and referred to the Com- mittee on Finance. REPORTS OF STANDING COMMITTEES. Mr. Moore, from Committee on Corporations, reported favorably, with proposed amendment, Senate bill No. 128, entitled "An Act to incorporate the Annapolis Banking and Trust Company." AMENDMENT PROPOSED. At the end of section 15, after the word "pleasure," add the following: "provided that said corporation shall be subject at all times to the provisions of the Acts of 1892, chapter 109 and 279, or amendments or supple- ments thereto." Which proposed amendment was adopted, and The bill was read the second time and ordered to be engrossed for a third reading. Mr. Moore, from Committee on Corporations, reported favorably, Senate bill No. 129, entitled "An Act to amend section 2, of chapter 123, of the laws of Maryland, 1865, entitled ‘An Act to incorporate the Annapolis Water Company, s& as to limit the capital stock to twelve hundred and twenty shares, and to authorize the corporation of the City of Annapolis to purchase said stock as they may deem proper."
