to fqllow section 178, and to be designated as "Sections
178 A and 178 B."
Which was read the first time and referred to the Com-
mittee on Judicial Proceedings.

A bill entitled "An Act to fix, limit and determine the
term of office of the County Commissioners of Queen
Anne's county, that shall be hereafter elected or ap-
pointed perpetuating the succession to same, and repeal-
