Clarke, Treasurer of The Consolidated Gas Company of Balti- more city, do solemnly swear that the total surplus ac- cumulated by the Consolidated Gas Company of Balti- more city, from the date of its organization, May 5th, 1888, to the first day of January, 1900, amounts to three hundred and one thousand and eigteen 19-100 dollars ($301,018 19-100), as shown by the books of the Com- pany."
