engrossed for a third reading.

Also, favorably,

Senate bill entitled "An Act to add a new section to
the chanter of the town of Tacoma Park, in Prince
George's and Montgomery counties, as said charter was
enacted by chapter 480, of the Acts of the General As-
sembly of Maryland, at its session of 1890, and amended
by chapter 558, of the Acts of Assembly of 1894, and
further amended by chapter 310, of the Acts of Assembly
of 1896."

Which was read the second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.
Mr Moses, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,
Senate bill entitled "An Act to authorize the Governor
to appoint ten additional Notaries Public for Baltimore
city."

Mr. Kirwan, from Select Committee, reported favor-
ably,
House bill entitled "An Act to add additional sections
to Article 18, of the Code of Public Local Laws, title
‘Queen Anne's County,' to incorporate the town of Crnmp-
ton."

Mr. Betts, from Select Committee, reported favorably,

House bill entitled "An Act to authorize and direct the
County Commissioners of Washington county, to levy a
sum of money to refund to Daniel M. Richard, of said
county certain taxes erroneously paid by him."

House bill entitled "An Act to authorize and direct the
County Commissioners of Washington county, to levy a
sum of money to refund to David Wolf's heirs of said
county, certain taxes erroneously paid by them."
