AMENDMENT PROPOSED,

By Mr. Putzel,
Amend by adding at the end of section "14” the follow-
ing
"But nothing herein shall be construed to permit said
company from further extending its operations into the
City of Baltimore."

REPORTS OF SELECT COMMITTEES
Mr. Hubner from Select Committee reported favor-
ably,
House bill entitled "An Act to repeal sections 97 and
98, of Article 2, of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title ‘Baltimore County,' sub-title ‘Fish.'"
Which was read the second time.
Also,
House bill entitled "An Act to provide for the division
of the Second Election Precinct of the Ninth Election
District of Baltimore county into two election precincts,
to be known as ‘Precinct No. 2, and Precinct No. 5,' re-
spectively."
Which was read the second time.
Also, favorably, with proposed amendments,
House bill entitled "An Act to authorize and empower
the County Commissioners of Baltimore county. to change
the grade of the public road in the thirteenth district of
said county, commonly known as the ‘Washington Turn-
pike Road,' at and near the place where the same crosses
the Baltimore and Potomac Railroad at grade, for the
purpose of doing away with such grade crossing, and to
provide for the construction of the bridge or bridges
that may be made necessary thereby."
AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

word "bublic” and insert the word "public."
