ported unfavorably, the following order,
Ordered, That Albert K. Young be paid ($45.00) forty-
five dollars, for nine days per diem, for folding time Sen-
ate Journals from January 4th to January 12th.

Senate bill No. 122, entitled "An Act to appropriate a
sum of money to be placed to the credit of the Oyster
Fund for payment of salaries and expenses of the Oyster
Police Force of the State of Maryland, from October 1st,
1899, to May 1st, 1900."
AMENDMENT PROPOSED.
In section 1, insert the word "5” after the word "30;"
also after the word "dollars” insert time words "or so
much thereof as may he necessary;" also strike out th&
word ‘May” and insert the word "October”; also amend
the title of the bill by striking out time word "May” and
insert the word "October."
