Maryland, title ‘Chancery,' as amended by the Act of
1892, chapter 241, and to re-enact the same with amend-
ments, and to add an additional section to said Article, to
be numbered "205 A.'"
Which was read the second time and ordered to be en-
grossed for a third reading.
Mr. Bouic, from the Committee on Judicial Proceed-
ings, reported unfavorably,
Senate bill No. 64, entitled "An Act to repeal section
92, of Article 5, of the Code of Public General Laws, en-
titled ‘Appeals and Errors,' sub-title ‘Appeals from Jus-
tices of the Peace,' so far as the same is applicable to
Allegany county."
On motion of Mr. Dick,
Said bill was substituted for the unfavorable report.
Pending further consideration of which,
On motion of Mr. Moses,
Said bill was made the Special Order of the Day for
Thursday, February 15th, at 1.30 P. M.
Mr. Bouic, from Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported favorably,
Senate bill No. 78, entitled "An Act to amend Article
23, of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland,
title ‘Chancery,' sub-title ‘Pleading, Practice and Pro-
cess,' by adding a new section thereto, to be known as
‘Section 186 B.'"
Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.
Mr. Bouic, from Committee on Judicial Proceedings,
reported favorably,
Senate bill No. 60, entitled "An Act to legalize the
Supplement to the Code of Public General Laws of Mary-
land, containing the General Laws pas.sed at the Sessions
of the General Assembly of 1890, 1892, 1894, 1896 and
1898, as codified, printed and published by John Prentiss
Poe, and to make the same evidence in the Courts of
this State, and before all the Justices of the Peace of
this State, and all public officials of this State."
Which was read the second time, and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.
