REPORT OF SELECT COMMITTEES.

Mr. Bouic, from Select Committee, reported favorably,

senate bill No. 95, entitled "An Act to repeal sections
18 and 19, of the charter of Takoma Park, Maryland, and
to re-enact said sections 18 and 19."

Which was read the second time and ordered to be
engrossed for a third reading.

Mr. Bouic, from Select Committee, reported favorably,
with proposed amendments,

Senate bill No. 92, entitled "An Act to add to the
powers of the Mayor and Council of the Town of Takoma
Park, Maryland, and form a component part of the char-
ter of said town."

AMENDMENTS PROPOSED.

Amend section 1, line 2, strike out the words "section
is," and insert the words "sections be and are."

Amend section 1, line 3, strike out the words "section
40 A," and insert "Sections 40 A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H."

Amend line 13 of section 1, by striking out "6," and
and inserting "40 B."

In line 22 of section 1, strike "C," and insert "Section
40 C."

In line 24, section 1, strike out "D," and insert "Section
40 D."

In line 52, section 1, strike out "E," and insert "Section
40 E."

In line 63, section 1, strike out "F ‘ and insert "section
40 F."
